Indisjob is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager-Project Management to join our team. As a Deputy General Manager-Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects across India. You will work closely with the project teams to ensure successful completion of projects within the given time frame and budget. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of project managers and coordinators. • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. • Identify and mitigate project risks. • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status. • Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management. • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficient in project management software and tools. • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
