The Role:
As a School Cook, you will play a vital role in providing nutritious and delicious meals to children, ensuring they have the energy to learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and cooking meals in line with dietary requirements and school food standards.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to plan menus and order supplies.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene guidelines.
• Contributing to a positive dining experience for students.
What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Previous experience as a Cook or Chef, preferably in a school or catering environment.
• A strong passion for cooking and a commitment to providing nutritious meals.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
