Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assignments.
Monitor student progress through assessments, projects, and class participation.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage a positive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs.
Participate in school functions, teacher training, and academic planning.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education
Qualification:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant subject +
B.Ed. (mandatory for TGT/PGT)
Experience:
1–10 years in any reputed school
Language: Fluent in English; regional language knowledge is a plus
Board Exposure: CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board experience preferred
Skills Required:
Strong command of subject and pedagogy
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Tech-savvy with experience in smart classrooms or online teaching tools
Ability to motivate and mentor students
Salary & Perks:
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹80,000/month (based on role, subject, location, experience)
