YOUR ROLE
The Schools Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting local area marketing initiatives with MACS schools. This role focuses on delivering high-quality engagement events (such as Open Days and school launches), digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and campaign management. The role would suit an someone with experience in coordinating events, marketing campaigns and content creation, including working with external contractors.
Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Plan and execute local area marketing and social media campaigns to drive enrolment growth.
Organise and manage events, including community engagement activities and promotional initiatives.
Create high-quality digital and print content using graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Coordinate with external agencies and contractors to deliver marketing and event outcomes.
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and conflicting priorities effectively.
Provide detailed reporting and analytics to track campaign performance and inform improvements (Google Analytics, Marketing analytics).
ABOUT YOU
Strong core marketing skills, including using digital marketing, content creation, and event management.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Demonstrated experience in marketing campaign management and working with external agencies or contractors.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
Experience in reporting and analytics to track and improve local area marketing growth performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
