Primary Responsibilities

(Defines the prime focus areas of the job)

● Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing customer bases across the region.

● Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region.

● Conducting market analysis and gathering intelligence to ascertain market needs to plan offerings

● Carrying out existing/new customer analysis to understand cross-selling requirements during onboarding/closure and/or building better customer relationships to ensure customer service quality is managed.

● Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.

● Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region.

● Building a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and planning.

● Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to meet regional revenue goals.

● Developing and executing plans for improving overall performance of the region which includes increasing customer base, customer on boarding, company policy and process adherence, improving financial performance etc

● Supporting in sales closure wherever required including providing guidance/coaching for the team members to improve their performance

● Preparing or validating various reports needed to be submitted for management information periodically

● Planning, monitoring, reviewing and ensuring the team members are achieving their monthly targets without compromising on the quality of the customers onboarded.

● Identifying employees for succession planning

Qualification & Experience

● Graduate in Science background, B. Pharma

● Strong track record with at least 5 years of experience in sales

● Strong experience in consultative sales

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
