Job Summary:

As a Scrum Master, you will be embedded within a fully remote agile development team focused on delivering high-quality software components that meet customer requirements through iterative development sprints. These components may include Single Page Applications, RESTful APIs, JSON:API services, automation scripts, RPAs, and BOTs.

You will actively contribute to workflow automation and architecture simplification programs. In this servant-leader role, you’ll support your team and senior Scrum Master in fostering continuous improvement, facilitating ceremonies, and driving team performance through agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Support the team in resolving complex issues and removing impediments as a coach and facilitator.
Identify and address process inefficiencies; influence change both at the operational level and with external stakeholders.
Actively lead and support process improvement initiatives as a servant leader within the team.
Perform project management tasks such as coordinating resources and activities, planning, and scheduling.
Track and report on team progress, sprint metrics, and performance against established goals.
Assist Product Owners and teams in release planning and maintaining version/sprint backlogs.
Foster a safe, trusting team environment where concerns can be raised without fear of blame or retaliation.
Help the team meet project objectives while maintaining alignment with broader business goals.
Develop agile mindsets within the team and coach new Scrum Masters to build capabilities across the organization.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
Solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and team coaching skills.
Familiarity with technologies such as Single Page Applications, REST APIs, JSON:API, RPAs, and scripting is a plus.
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Experience in remote team environments.
Strong commitment to continuous improvement and agile principles.
Language Requirements:

Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory.
Working Conditions:

Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year with the possibility to extend
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
