Scrum Master | Thoothukudi

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices. You will work closely with the Product Owner and development team to deliver high-quality software products. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the Agile development process and ensure the team follows Scrum principles and practices • Guide and coach the team on Agile methodologies and best practices • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog • Remove any obstacles or impediments that may affect the team's ability to deliver high-quality software products • Track and report on team velocity and progress towards sprint goals • Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders Requirements: • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum • Excellent facilitation and communication skills • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sprint goals • Experience with Agile project management tools • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Coach (CAC) is preferred • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Note: This may be a third party hiring as we fetch hiring information from third party portals.
