Job Description - The candidate will be responsible for managing the search engine optimization (SEO) of the corporate website, managing the search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns focused on increasing search engine visibility.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the marketing teams & agencies to support SEO initiatives.
• Focus on improving Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) for the corporate website.
• Implement SEO and paid advertising strategy.
• Work with agencies in identifying target keywords, reviewing meta-data & implementing them.
• Work towards developing link building strategy for the website and their implementation.
• Work closely with marketing managers and SEO agency to enable the articles writing activities to help build back link to the website from high domain authority sites.
• Conducting ad-hoc competitor research activities, identify trends and give appropriate recommendations to marketing teams on the best SEO practices.
• Monitor and report on KPI's, using Analytics tools, AdWords and social insight tools.
• Generate monthly reports on SERPs and advertising engagement for different campaigns.
• Generate regular & ad-hoc analytics reports of various sections of the website based on requests from different stakeholders.
• Work closely with SEM agency to drive always on and ad-hoc SEM campaigns.
• Generate ad-hoc and weekly SEM campaign reports.
Qualifications
Must Have
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in handling and implementing SEO & SEM strategy of large B2B or B2C corporate websites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Good analytical skills.
• Proven SEM experience managing ad campaigns across search engines.
• Understanding of digital marketing and how SEO/SEM fits into larger marketing initiatives.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
• Good understanding of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
Good to Have
• Knowledge of technical aspects of SEO (HTML mark up, canonical URLs, etc.) and the ability to implement as needed.
• Experience with bid management tools, especially Google AdWords.
• Experience with link building campaigns.
• Hands on experience in Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 1+ years' of technical experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of all search engines and functions as well as marketing
