Key Responsibilities
• Data analysis:
• Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze user behavior and conversion data to inform marketing strategies.
• Generate actionable insights from data to drive growth initiatives.
• Market research:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning using tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new advertising platforms.
• Reporting and strategy:
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop growth strategies and marketing plans.
• Assist in setting growth goals and measuring progress against them.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the product, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns
• Communicate campaign strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders
Core Skills Required
• Writing:
• Understand what it means to communicate effectively with the written word.
• Be open to practicing daily on how to improve your writing for clarity.
• Data analysis:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excel:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and charts effectively.
