JOB DESCRIPTION


The Customer Service Representative - Remote (Seasonal, Healthcare) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE


As a Customer Service Representative (Seasonal, Healthcare) working from home, you will:


Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide




Help customers with healthcare needs such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more




Track, document, and retrieve information in databases




Offer additional products and/or services




Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile




YOUR QUALIFICATIONS


Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative - Remote (Seasonal, Healthcare) role include:


2+ years of call center experience




Experience in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization preferred




Open availability




A high school diploma or GED




A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home




Open availability, as this client is open 24/7
