• Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant cum Personal Secretary. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the firm and act as a personal secretary to a senior lawyer. This dual role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support:

- Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.

- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, presentations, and reports.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

- Personal Secretary Duties:

- Manage the senior lawyer’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances.

- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics for the lawyer.

- Assist with client communications, including drafting emails and letters.

- Provide research assistance and gather information pertinent to ongoing cases.
• Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.

- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Secretary, preferably in a legal environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is advantageous.
