Security Guard

G-Force seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to the premises. Duties

Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or disturbances, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations for management review.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior or activities.
Operate and monitor CCTV systems effectively to enhance surveillance capabilities.
Requirements

Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents and interacting with the public.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond quickly in emergencies.
A valid security guard license or certification may be required based on local regulations.
