As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing a team, and ensuring the safety of all personnel and property.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the security team to ensure the proper implementation of security protocols as established by Marketing King Online Pvt. Ltd.
• Maintain detailed records of visitor entries and exits, ensuring that all logs are accurate and up-to-date.
• Guard the property by conducting regular patrols and addressing any security issues or breaches.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or security threats.
• Provide guidance and support to security staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions to ensure proper functionality.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, maintaining strong external security relationships.
• Prepare and submit detailed security reports to senior management, highlighting any significant incidents or concerns.
• Train new security personnel on the security protocols and procedures set by Marketing King Online Pvt. Ltd.
• Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures consistently.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional security or law enforcement training is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or supervisory role, demonstrating relevant expertise.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail in monitoring and responding to security situations.
• Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and security systems to ensure effective monitoring.
• Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions during emergency situations.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and report incidents clearly.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to security operations.
