Security Officer

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management:Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of security personnel, ensuring they are following procedures and protocols.
• Policy and Compliance:Enforce company security policies, regulations, and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of security incidents, inspections, and reports, and communicate with management.
• Emergency Response:Lead and coordinate emergency response procedures, including first aid and disaster recovery.
• Risk Assessment:Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement preventative measures.
• ecurity Operations:Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control), respond to alarms, and manage security incidents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
