The ideal candidate will have a strong command presence and demonstrate the ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of hospital staff, patients, and visitors, managing disruptive individuals (including those under 5150 holds), and responding effectively to emergencies. Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable with de-escalation techniques and maintaining a calm demeanor in dynamic environments.
