Segment Head - EV (National Level)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Segment Head - EV Segment at Elcom International Pvt. Ltd. located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Segment Head will be responsible for overseeing the EV segment, leading business development efforts, managing relationships with clients and OEMs, identifying market opportunities, and driving product strategy and innovation. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and meeting business goals.

Qualifications
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a segment team
• Business Development and Client Relationship Management experience
• In-depth knowledge of the EV industry, market trends, and product strategy
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Engineering degree or relevant field experience is preferred
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel as needed
