Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary located in Mumbai at Dadar. The Semi-Qualified Company Secretary will be responsible for assisting in compliance and legal matters, maintaining necessary records and registers, and drafting legal documents. The Semi-Qualified Company Secretary will also coordinate with legal and financial authorities, and assist in compliance and regulatory filings as necessary.
