Responsibilities to become a successful SEN Teacher will be:
• Working with small groups and 1:1
• Assisting pupils with academic tasks
• Encouraging independence
• Safeguarding all children
• Adhering to the curriculum, including up-to-date changes in the structure
• Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs
• Positive outlook and attitude.
• Being flexible, caring and nurturing
• Knowledge of various teaching methods
• Good organisational and verbal communication skills
