Job Opportunity: ABA Therapist (Senior-Level, In-Person)

We are currently seeking a senior-level ABA Therapist to join our team and work in-person with teenagers diagnosed with ASD. This is a hands-on role involving direct support through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in both school and in-home settings.

Schedule & Commitment:

Downtown Toronto – Immediate Needs: Case A: 2 hrs/day × 3 days; Case B: 2–3 hrs/day × 5 days
In-Person Role (Experienced)
Weekday availability is preferred
Weekend-only therapists are also welcome
Sessions are typically 2–5 hours per day, with the possibility of longer sessions (4–5 hours) on weekends in a single location
Job Summary

As an ABA Therapist with ATAMIC, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behavioral changes and supporting skill development for children and youth. You will apply ABA techniques in a collaborative, supportive environment that values professional growth and meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals
Conduct behavioral assessments and track data to inform intervention strategies
Collaborate with families, school personnel, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency and support
Coach and empower parents/caregivers to reinforce learning and skill development at home
Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, data collection, and case notes
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Support research and best-practice updates in ABA service delivery
Qualifications:

Applicants must currently reside in Canada and hold valid work authorization (e.g., Canadian Permanent Residency, Canadian Citizenship, or a valid work/study visa)
Minimum 2+ years of direct experience providing ABA services
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavioral strategies
RBT Certification, relevant diploma, or equivalent ABA-focused training is considered a strong asset
Background in child development, psychology, special education, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
