Sr. Manager Account - (CA )with SAP and Export experience
Book keeping requirement
• Statutory Compliance
• Providing MIS for business decision
• Timely & accurate compliances for Direct & Indirect taxes, ensuring timely refunds, secretarial work
• Design, implement, strengthen and monitor internal controls for accounting.
• Consolidation & Finalization of accounts and Annual Report.
• Verification, timely disbursement & recording of Bill Payables & employee Cost
• Initiating budgeting exercise, preparing cost budgets, compiling of revenue & cost budgets, monitoring & Controlling.
• Reconciliation & Scrutiny of Accounts
• Handle Internal and Statutory Audit and resolve queries.
• Managing Fixed Assets
• Accounting, statutory compliances and MIS of subsidiaries
• Monitoring & Control of cash transactions
• ERP System Audit & amendments
• Liaison with Government statutory bodies
• Due diligence and M&A
• Chartered Accountant
• 10 Years of postqualification experience. Minimum 5 years as Manager preferably from export oriented organization
• Strong domain knowledge of Statutory Compliances, Internal Controls & Financial Management
• Organizing resources & establishing priorities
• Team leading exposure of 35 people
• Knowledge of Exim laws (FTP), Customs, Excise
