Seeking a personal accountant to manage the personal business and administrative duties of the
Vice-Chairman & MD.
Reporting to the Vice-Chairman & MD.
This position is responsible for compiling month end personal financial statements (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet, etc.) reconciliation of multiple checking and credit card accounts, tracking and coding all personal expenses, paying bills, return filling, investment management, investment Accounting etc.
Administrative duties include typing, personal services and acting as the backup to the Executive Assistant.
Qualifications required include an undergraduate degree in Accounting and minimum
4 years of bookkeeping experience, a proven track record of keeping detailed records, understanding of accounting principles and a good working knowledge of financial statements. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Must demonstrate advanced skill levels in MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
