Responsibilities:
• Take the lead in month-end journal entries
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring financial integrity.
• Complete variance analysis, identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
• Innovate in reporting for business operations, focusing on expenditure analysis and efficiency.
• Assist with financial statement audits, maintaining impeccable compliance standards.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance financial efficiency, setting new benchmarks for the industry.
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting, shaping the financial future of a rapidly expanding company.
• Liaise with various departments to align operational needs with financial strategies.
• Lead special projects, adding strategic value to the finance department.
• Ensure the maintenance of detailed and accurate accounting records, both digital and traditional.
• Document and refine financial policies and procedures, setting new standards for operational excellence.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Professional services experience is highly preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in accounting, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, ever-evolving business landscape.
