As a Senior Accountant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic finance team, contributing directly to the organization's financial health and success. This role will provide you with an exciting opportunity to demonstrate and enhance your accounting skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of accounting tasks, including intercompany transactions, variance analysis, financial analysis, general ledger, cost accounting, auditing, financial statements, financial reporting, financial accounting, account reconciliation, management accounting, cash flow management, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, and global treasury.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage intercompany transactions and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
2. Conduct variance analysis to understand the cause of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
3. Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into business performance.
4. Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Implement cost accounting practices to track and control costs effectively.
6. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
7. Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide a clear understanding of the company's financial position.
8. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to support management in strategic decision-making.
+. Apply financial accounting principles to ensure accurate financial records.
10. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
11. Apply management accounting practices to support decision-making and control.
12. Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operations and investments.
13. Develop financial models to forecast future financial scenarios and support strategic planning.
14. Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning and performance measurement.
15. Manage global treasury functions to ensure efficient use of financial resources.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the skills listed above.
3. Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
7. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
11. Knowledge of current financial regulations and standards.
