Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team in a leading trading firm specializing in clothing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of the company in Rajasthan.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and growth for the company.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales data, and market trends.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on client activity, sales performance, and market trends.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and apply this knowledge to inform sales strategies and client relationships.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts team.

Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on client relationships and sales growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the clothing industry.
• Experience in managing and developing key client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on complex data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting.

Certifications:
• M. Com or higher is desirable but not essential.
