We are looking for a Senior Accountant Experienced in Real Estate to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services.
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. This includes maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in Real Estate
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure timely and accurate recording
• Review and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Maintain and update accounting records and documents
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls
• Coordinate and assist with audits and tax filings
• Provide financial analysis and support to management
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
