The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and analyze statutory financial statements in compliance with regulations.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of the balance sheet.
• Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis for management decision-making.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on statutory reporting.

• CPA designation is a plus.
• Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
