What we're looking for?
We’re looking for a Senior AI Sales professional who can drive growth by understanding client needs and positioning our AI/ML capabilities effectively. If you have a strong track record in IT sales, a deep understanding of AI/ML services, and the ability to build trusted customer relationships, we’d love to talk to you.

What you’ll be doing ?
Act as a bridge between clients’ business challenges and AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
Define and evolve Talentica’s AI/ML service offerings, use cases, and value propositions.
Drive revenue growth globally for the Data Science Services that Talentica offers.
Sign up new "buyers" within the customer portfolio using relationships with the existing stakeholders.
Represent Talentica in industry forums, author whitepapers/blogs, and build credibility in the AI space.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience: 8-12 years of field Sales experience in the IT industry.
Must have
Currently working with a company specialized in AI and data Engineering.
Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML use cases and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in opening new markets, territories and accounts.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
Nice to have
Valid B1 Visa
International Field Sales Experience
Strong network of potential clients or partners in the AI/ML space.
