Your responsibilities

Adhere to the Code of Conduct . The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people. Conduct Design Effectiveness (DE) Testing in accordance with the RiC standard and procedure across Data, Technology, Cyber and Cloud domains respectively. Support updates to RiC reports and dashboards ensuring compliance with the RiC standard and procedures. Provide support for the CBA India Manager, Risk In Change (RiC). Responsible for data quality in & maintenance of various databases in all tools used. Contribute to a proactive risk and control culture Work effectively with Line 1 colleagues to determine optimal course of action to remediate any significant data integrity issues within the BU. Other duties as required.

Your skills & experience
• Risk Mindset : All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discusses and act on current and future risks.
• Ability to analyse/identify risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions
• Influencing and consulting skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and analytically and use data driven insights to solve problems
• Knowledge of Operational and Compliance Risk frameworks would be advantageous
• BU specific – business commercial aptitude and knowledge
• Controls design & testing experience
• Facilitation skills
• Desirable: 4– 5 years’ experience in banking/financial services/other relevant experience specializing in Technology Risk/Assurance/Audit.
