Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at Architects' Studio located in Varanasi. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients and the design team to create functional and aesthetic designs that meet the project requirements. In addition, you will ensure that the construction process adheres to all relevant codes and regulations. The Senior Architect will also supervise and mentor junior architects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Excellent design and visualization skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients contractors, and other stakeholders.
Leadership and project management skills.
Professional certification, such as Licensed Architect status, is preferred.
Experience in sustainable design and green building practices is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
