CTC: If the Performance & Profile of the Candidate suits the Company, the Company will pay more than the Company's previous organization's CTC & will also depend on the Number of Years of Experience
Minimum Years of Industry & Work Experience After Graduation: 5 Years and above
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and firm standards.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, expectations, and communications effectively.
• Design Development: Develop innovative and functional architectural designs, incorporating the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of design phases and deliverables.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including team members and materials, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
• Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure design and construction standards are met.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising design integrity.
• Construction Documentation: Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
• Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site analysis, assessing environmental, zoning, and contextual factors that impact the design.
• Mentorship and Training: Mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning laws and building codes.
• Sustainable Design: Promote and implement sustainable design practices, aiming for energy-efficient and environmentally responsible solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve design and construction issues promptly, utilizing creative and practical problem-solving skills.
• Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Contract Administration: Oversee contract administration, including the review and approval of contractor bids, RFIs, and change orders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive solutions.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced architectural software and tools, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), to enhance design accuracy and collaboration.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to ensure the firm remains competitive and innovative.
• Decision Support: Assist Directors and the Management Team in making critical decisions that impact project outcomes and company strategy.
• Company Growth: Contribute to the company's growth by identifying new opportunities and helping to secure future projects.
• Versatility: Adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a wide range of skills.
• Billing Process: Involvement in the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing and payment collection.
• Execution Team Coordination: Work closely with the execution team to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Retail Team Support: Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that all project materials are sourced and delivered on time.
• Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Basic Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in architectural software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of billing and quotation processes.
