About the Role:
As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in designing, planning, and executing residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring creative ideas to life while ensuring functionality, sustainability, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design and planning for high-end construction and interior projects
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Create conceptual designs, layouts, 3D models, and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
• Oversee site execution, resolving design challenges, and ensuring quality control
• Stay updated on trends, materials, and innovative construction technologies
• Guide and mentor junior architects and designers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or related field
• 4+ years of experience in architectural design, construction, and interiors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project execution
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with government approvals, permits, and legal compliances is a plus
