Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hiring Sr. Architect/Sr. Designer at SWBI Architects Pvt. Ltd. located in MG Road Gurgaon. We are looking for Architects with Corporate Interior Design experience who can lead large format Projects. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior design, interior fit-out, and interior architecture. The role will involve collaborating with clients, understanding their design requirements, creating design concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, and overseeing the implementation of the design.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in space planning, interior design, interior fit-out, and interior architecture
• Experience : Hiring at Senior levels of 8 to 15 year Experience in creating Corporate Interior design concepts and preparing drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Experience in Design management and coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design( with experience).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp etc.
