Job Summary

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to capture, analyze, and document client requirements, develop comprehensive design documents and implementation plans, and deliver thorough documentation and client training.

This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS technologies, database concepts, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have:
• 4-8 years of experience as a Solution Architect in Legal Tech/CLM or demonstrated equivalent experience;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Expertise in SaaS technologies and database concepts;
• Proven ability to manage timelines, business requirements, and client expectations in complex projects;
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and architecting solutions for customers;
• Capturing, analyzing, and documenting client requirements;
• Developing comprehensive design documents and implementation plans;
• Mentoring junior team members and providing feedback;
• Managing client interactions and addressing escalations;
• Delivering thorough documentation and client training;
• Offering feedback to product and engineering teams;
• Supporting system integration partners and contributing to internal initiatives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in SaaS technologies and database concepts;
