An opportunity exists for a Senior Assistant to join our Business Services Team in Perth.

About the role
As the Senior Assistant Business Services, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of high quality, effective and efficient office services for the Perth office.

In this role you will:

provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our clients in the office and over the phone
manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
assist with organising and set up of functions, catering, meetings and other events
attend rounds at local Courts, Tribunals and other locations as required
undertake stationery and stock management including processing invoices
liaise with contractors and suppliers ensuring that office equipment is well maintained
provide assistance to lawyers and legal support teams at peak times
undertake records management tasks and other administrative support as required for the office
assist the library team with managing library services for the office including receiving, distributing and shelving new library materials, updating loose leaf services and checking books in and out.

About you
This role will suit an experienced Senior Assistant that will ideally have:
demonstrated experience in a support or front-of-house role with a demonstrable flexible and positive “can do” attitude
excellent problem-solving and communication skills
demonstrated customer service experience
ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks
a proven ability to build relationships, be approachable, responsive and collaborate effectively across all levels.
