We are a boutique law firm offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic and entrepreneurial corporate lawyer to join as a Senior Associate in our M&A and General Corporate (GC) practice. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career, with the ambition to eventually build their own independent practice while leveraging our firm's resources and platform.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience & Expertise: 4-6 years of PQE in M&A, private equity, and general corporate matters at a leading law firm. Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice to clients.

- Business Acumen: A sharp commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, grow client relationships, and offer practical, business-oriented solutions.

- Leadership & Ownership: Someone who thrives on autonomy and responsibility, capable of leading deals, managing workflows, and mentoring junior lawyers.
