The Senior Associate, Project Management Office job offers expert advice to support the organization's client projects and programs. As a subject matter expert in Project/Program Management, this job manages large projects and works to improve project practices and procedures by informing project teams of best practices and monitoring current methodologies and systems to identify opportunities for enhancements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Applies a thorough understanding of program and project best practices and leads project teams with implementation and execution processes for large projects.
• Studies complex dependencies across multiple inter-related projects and identifies potential opportunities to enhance practices and procedures based on dependency relationships.
• Oversees consolidated project status and financial information to present to leadership team to create alignment between management and project teams.
• Analyzes adherence of large project teams to methodologies, budgets, and timings of projects to determine if process changes need to occur to more effectively estimate project details.
• Provides full staffing plans for the organization’s major projects and programs.
• Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level PMO professionals.

EA / PMO Position – Senior Associate

We are seeking an Executive Assistant / PMO at TIAA GBS INDIA to help manage CFO calendar & Finance team initiatives. The candidate should have an excellent communication skills and readiness to work in high intensity growth environment. The best fit for this role will be a people person who can build strong relationships with all the stakeholders, mitigate risks, and be a trusted advisor.

Roles & Responsibilities: -
• Calendar Management: Schedule meetings (India/Global); Manage the calendar of CFO on an ongoing basis by prioritizing meeting requests based on business needs, and ensure accurate scheduling and appropriate allocation of time, monitoring / track meetings on day-to-day basis
• Follow-up on behalf of the CFO with various internal teams based on the business requirements
• Communicate closely over email/in-person with multiple teams within the organization to support the CFO
• Create a priority list of areas which need immediate leadership support.
• Travel arrangements: As applicable, plan & coordinate with external travel agency or internally manage the processes for transport, visa, itinerary & tickets for professional foreign travel and providing an assistance on expenses settlement on their return, hotel reservations, and cab booking, domestic and international travels.
• Guest Relations: The candidate should be able to prepare an agenda for the global visitors, follow-up with global stake holders for travel itineraries, cab arrangements & all logistics arrangements.
• Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
• Expense Management: Timely submission of all CFO claims, reimbursements and expenses on concur.
• Event Management: Single point of contact for all the events like Townhalls, Offsite, Fireside chat, employee engagement activities & enterprise level initiatives.
• Keep your manager up to date of the progress of initiatives, people, events, townhalls, and any key org changes
• PMO Responsibilities:
• Manage end to end resource management (Tracking of headcount, Attrition, Open Positions, Campus Grads & CW Resources)
• Dashboard creation & adhoc reports.
• Tracking of compliance trainings and ensure all the associates complete their compliance trainings before the due date.
• Others: Additional responsibilities encompassing (but not limited to)
• Handling confidential organizational data as needed
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Effectively interact with senior management

Key Responsibilities and Duties: -

• Proficiency in handling Microsoft Suite Word, Outlook, Excel & MS Teams
• Structured and organized approach
• Excellent communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently, strong follow up skills and troubleshooting skills
