Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HR operations tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and data management. The role requires a strong grasp of Excel for data analysis and reporting, with additional experience in Power BI being advantageous. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support the HR function and contribute to the company's overall talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment activities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations:

Handle day-to-day HR operations tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other databases.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Data Management and Analysis:

Utilize Excel to compile, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify trends and insights from HR data to support decision-making.

Continuously improve data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Partner with HR business partners to address organizational and employee-related issues.

Liaise with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies, to support talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment roles.

Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
