Senior Associate|Finance

Your Role
We are looking for Senior Associate-Finance capable of handling all aspects of the GL controllership function. You will work with Finance team and will report to Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple tasks throughout their day while maintaining a high level of accuracy in their work and production.


A Day in the Life
Manage month-end and year-end close procedures, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Ensuring compliance with all the applicable policies and US GAAP.
Preparation of monthly accruals including review of Open PO, receipts, invoices and budget
Preparation of Fixed Asset Register and calculation of depreciation.
Preparation of P&L and Balance sheet schedules monthly and variance analysis of all expense heads
Assist in internal audits, statutory audit (US), SOX compliances.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements weekly.
Have experience in US GAAP accounting
Intercompany accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
Verification of monthly payroll and preparation of its reconciliation
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

What You Need
3-6 years of experience in India/US Finance in the industry/company. SaaS product or IT company is preferred.
CA Inter/MBA(F)/Post-graduate or other equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills
Having experience in month end close, accruals, P&L reconciliations and audits.
Candidate should have an exposure of working with IT industry/ Company SAAS is preferred.
Good verbal and written business English communication skills.
Adequate knowledge of Financial Statements & books of accounts.
Exposure of NetSuite accounting tool will be an advantage.
