Introduction:We are excited to offer this position with a major retail bank undergoing a digital transformation aimed at enhancing customer experiences through advanced digital banking solutions. We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to guide the integration of new technologies and optimise banking processes.

Role Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst will spearhead the analysis and reengineering of business processes in alignment with the digital transformation goals. You will define detailed requirements for developing new digital features and functionalities, focusing on a mobile banking application and an upgraded online banking platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse existing business processes and customer needs to identify improvement areas within digital banking services.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and specify the requirements for new digital solutions ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to oversee the implementation of new digital banking features.
• Monitor project progress against business objectives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure project success.

Essential:
• Proven experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services industry, particularly in projects involving digital transformations.
• Strong understanding of customer experience enhancements and digital banking technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to liaise with various departments and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Desirable:
• Familiarity with the latest trends in mobile and online banking platforms.
• Experience in managing large-scale digital projects within the financial sector.
