Purpose:

• The Transformation Senior Business Analyst reporting to the Head of Transformation Partner – Lending Services is responsible for successfully delivering of business analysis and continual improvement services (project shaping, requirements gathering workshops, reporting and insights, AS IS and TO BE analysis, process mapping etc) to ensure projects within the Lending Services sub domain are delivered to scope with business outcomes and needs clearly defined and met.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the IT and business end-users

• Work with the business to analyze business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any new or change to technology applications and/or business processes

• Maximize the Value being delivered by ensuring all features and stories are aligned to business value.

• Works with the Product Owner to refine the backlog of the team through prioritization, estimation and decision making.

• Outline the requirements to develop the solutions

• Supports Developers, Analysts and Quality Engineers in understanding the requirements, so they can deliver on their commitments

Essential capabilities:

• Excellent critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.

• Strong communication and influencing skills to work with and alongside a range of internal stakeholders, including technical teams, project managers and business SMEs to build collaborative partnerships.

• Experience across the end-to-end project lifecycle, including business cases development, leading discovery workshops, requirements elicitation and operational handover.

• Ability to innovate, adapt, learn new knowledge quickly and come to terms with and apply principles and practices within the short timeframe.

• Ability to hold your own in technical conversations.

• Work autonomously or collaboratively within a project team, reporting to project managers, delivery leads and stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes and solutions that meet deadlines, budget and quality standards.

• Demonstrated knowledge of structured analysis methods, tools and techniques

Experience:

• 8-10 years of work Experience

• Extensive business experience within the banking & finance industry or in a consulting environment.

• Significant experience as a member of a project delivery team(s)

• Exposure to large scale project management in a large Corporate

• SAP(tech)

• Rally(Tech)

• Confluence

• Process Mapping

• Experience in procurement/payments/vendor management

• Fraedom products(Ie. Flexipurchase - tech)

Key Accountabilities:

• In conjunction with the business, identify business impacts and complete solution design, ensuring consideration of external factors within the enterprise.

• Delivery of the portfolio of change as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities across the initiative/portfolio, where applicable.

• Proactively identify & manage risks & issues to the delivery of change activities & delivery portfolio.

• Analyse, consult and provide advice to executive (senior) members of Enterprise Operations, to ensure that projects adopt a one-way, same way, right way approach.

• Benefit support services; in particular, benefits management guidance and advice, and ensure that business cases on which your team has provided these services have SMART benefits.

• Provide Clarity PPM guidance and support to project stream leads across Enterprise Operations
