PROFILE: Sr. Business Development Executive

DEPARTMENT: IT

Roles & Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
• Set a Vision, Plan and Budget to drive the business forward through key marketing channels.
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Keep prospective client databases updated.
• Generate leads through various online/offline sources.
• Support in writing business proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
• Manage sales pipeline.
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
• Provide sales reports weekly and monthly.
• The person must have Experience of working with International Client or International Market.
• Must have Experience of working in SAAS.
• * Qualifications:
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Sales
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to create good presentations.
