We are looking for a Senior Business Manager - Production, Sales & Operations, located in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production and sales of designer blouses, managing the operations and logistics teams for efficient business operations, setting sales and revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A key focus of the role is also on developing and implementing processes and systems to drive operational efficiencies and quality improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in production, sales, and operations management
Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and leading cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Knowledge of garment manufacturing and fashion industry trends is preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or a related field
