They are seeking an experienced Human Resource professional with some hands-on organisational development experience and a passion for the learning and development sector to join their team to help drive the practical application of learning methodologies and help cultivate a strong work culture.
As Senior Capability Development Partner you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of strategies to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. This position requires a strong background in organisational development, with a focus on creating and executing initiatives that align with our objectives and influence top level strategy and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organisational development strategies to support business goals.
Design and deliver programs that enhance employee performance, development, and engagement.
Analyse organisational needs and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and sustained success.
Collaborate with leadership to align development initiatives with strategic objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in organisational development, including designing and implementing development programs.
Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
Expertise in SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) for creating and managing eLearning content.
Preferred experience with Articulate 360, Vyond, Clipchamp, and Canva (or similar) for developing engaging and interactive learning materials.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Agility and strategic implication of new learning processes and methodologies.
Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
