Case Management: Provide comprehensive support to attorneys by organizing case files, maintaining case calendars, and ensuring smooth case management
Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas
Discovery: Oversee the discovery process by managing document collection, review, and production
Coordinate depositions and prepare summaries
Legal Research: Conduct detailed legal research and gather essential information to support case preparation and strategy
Trial Preparation: Assist in preparing for trial by organizing exhibits, creating witness lists, and managing trial logistics
Client Interaction: Serve as a key contact for clients, gathering information, providing updates, and addressing inquiries
Administrative Support: Offer vital administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence

• Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas.
• Discovery: Oversee the discovery process by managing document collection, review, and production. Coordinate depositions and prepare summaries.
• Legal Research: Conduct detailed legal research and gather essential information to support case preparation and strategy.

What We're Looking For
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in commercial litigation.
• Education: Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis), case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
