In this role, you will:

Service Management Function Lead
• Define and implement governance model for Core Banking service management Function you are responsible for.
• Effectively manage all key controls under the function by following standards / process defined by the group. Target to achieve “Effective” status by end of the year for your function.
• Identify opportunities and implement service improvement initiatives including training/awareness sessions for Core banking stakeholders.
• Represent Core Banking in all service management forums and align with group control framework for function you are responsible for.
• Support IT/Business service owner and Service Quality Manager on the function you are responsible for. Ensure all actions are well coordinated and closed in timely manner.
• Prepare inputs into CTO/CIO forums including risk and any mitigation plan.
• Ensure all audit issues/actions are tracked and closed in timely manner for your function.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Hands on experience on implementing governance model for a project/programme.
• Fundamental concepts of Service/Resilience Management.
• Domain knowledge of Core Banking
• Knowledge on incident/change/Programme management tools like GSD, RTC, ServiceNow etc.
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge on latest technology like cloud platforms
• Excellent verbal / written communication and influencing skills – Positive attitude. Position requires regular interaction with senior stakeholders across IT and business via audio/video calls, emails and chats.
• Be able to work/drive global functional teams to common objective.
• Be independent and able to take full ownership.
