Senior Consultant, Workday (12-month Fixed-Term contract. Flexibility to be based in any major city)

In this role, you will

Support the configuration and customisation of Workday modules focusing on Core Human Capital Management (HCM) & Recruiting

Collaborate closely with our internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions

Provide expert advice on best practices for Workday configuration, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business needs

Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including scoping, design, testing and deployment of Workday solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configuration and provide ongoing support



What you’ll bring:

Track road of Workday configuration experience in either a consulting or BAU setting

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically

In depth knowledge of Workday functional design including the ability to configure core HR and Recruiting modules

Proficient in working within a squad and an agile domain way of working
