VentureFruit is a global variety management company helping bring the best new fruit varieties to market. We work with leading plant breeders, growers, and marketers to manage the full commercialisation lifecycle—from securing intellectual property rights to navigating complex licensing and global planting arrangements.
As our work grows, we’re looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to manage our IP and licensing agreements—ensuring accuracy, compliance and commercial readiness across our global network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract lifecycle—from request and drafting to execution, renewals, expiries and terminations.
Administer VentureFruit’s global IP portfolio, including PVRs, trademarks, renewals, declarations and legal challenges.
Ensure all commercial plant material movements are supported by the correct agreements and accurately recorded.
Maintain systems and databases to track legal, financial and operational components of all agreements.
Liaise with IP lawyers, breeding programme providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Produce contract and IP reports to support decision-making across the business.
Support the licensing structure and track complex commercial arrangements.
Collaborate closely with the Business Administrator to align contract activities with financial operations.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and improve efficiency across workflows.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in contract administration, legal admin, or IP-related business support.
Experience drafting, managing and tracking complex agreements and legal documentation.
Strong Microsoft Office and data management skills (especially Word and Excel).
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Familiarity with intellectual property processes, global licensing, or international trade (ideal, but not essential).
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
If you're looking to contribute to a global business at the intersection of innovation, IP, and agriculture—this is your opportunity to play a pivotal role.
We want T&G to be a place where everyone is accepted, respected and celebrated for who they are – regardless of our similarities or differences. It’s essential that everyone can be themselves and thrive, and that together we create a diverse and vibrant workplace.
