Title: Senior Coordinator, Accommodation Program
Salary: $76,275 - $82,181 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Temporay Term position – until July 22, 2026 (Maternity Leave coverage)
Hours: Regular office hours 8am – 4pm (core hours +am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Metro Vancouver offices– on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. (Position is On-site) Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
Bargaining Unit: PSAC Local 22000 (Public Service Alliance of Canada)


About the role
As a Senior Coordinator, Accommodation Program you will participate in planning, development and implementation of the CorpServ service requests. Applying specialized expertise in the delivery of related services and advice on behalf of the FNHA throughout BC. Includes leading CorpServ service projects of varied scope, and overseeing the work of consultants and contractors in the achievement of deliverables.


About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

Education
Associates degree in business, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline
Experience
4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Building trades experience a definite asset including the ability to read and understand project design drawings and other documentation, such as contractor prepared shop drawings.
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of First Nations traditions, customs and etiquette.
Knowledge of the concepts, practices, methods, and techniques pertaining to FNHA CorpServ service standards.
Working experience with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. (Experience with Digital Drafting programs such as ACAD is an Asset)
Must demonstrate analytical & planning skills.
Demonstrated safe driving record.
