About the Role
Promote and develop records and information strategies, systems and services.
Administer the Electronic Document and Records Management System with a helpdesk service and involvement in system upgrades.
Provide training and advice to staff on Council’s obligations under Victorian Privacy and Records legislation (including the Victoria Protective Data Security Standards).
Oversee an archival management program, including the accurate sentencing of records.
Skills & Experience
A relevant tertiary qualification in practice or previous experience in information management
Experience with an enterprise-wide information management system
Knowledge and previous application of Victorian Legislation on Privacy and Public Records
Supervisory experience in a records and information management environment
Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, web-based applications and intranet.
