Senior Counselor

Job Decription:

Primary Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers, prospects, or leads to promote products/services.

2. Lead Follow ups : Schedule appointments, and follow up on existing leads.

3. Sales and Conversion: Convert prospects into customers, upsell/cross-sell products/services.

4. Customer Engagement: Build relationships, address queries, and resolve concerns.

5. Data Entry: Update customer information, call logs, and sales data in CRM software.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Script Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop/refine telecalling scripts.

2. Research: Research customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

3. Feedback: Provide feedback on product/services, marketing campaigns.

4. Team Collaboration: Assist team members, share best practices.

5. Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales reports, insights.

Performance Metrics

1. Call Volume: Meet daily call targets.

2. Conversion Rate: Achieve sales/conversion targets.

3. Lead Quality: Ensure quality leads are generated.

4. Sales Revenue: Meet sales revenue targets.

5. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Skills Required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
